We look at your requirements and only charge for those services that are relevant to you, thereby ensuring you only pay for what you need and are not subsidising another part of our business or for the services a TMC may want to promote. By offering a price structure linked to your core travel requirements we believe we have the right approach and the right blend to add real value and a significant return on your investment.
Level One:
We appreciate many clients have a simple travel requirement and approval process. Our first service level allows all the benefits of booking through an online environment but with the added advantage of knowing there is full back up through our dedicated travel teams. Additional services such as Out of Hours Emergency Service access and Management Information Reporting etc. can still be added to enhance this service delivery.
Level Two:
Best suited for those clients needing a more assisted approach to their travel or with greater complexity in their policy or approval process. Bookings can be made either online or via our travel teams. Reporting and full Account Management are offered as standard within this price structure.
Level Three:
Bespoke fees to deliver targeted returns on investment based on your travel requirements; in addition Eton Travel is able to offer Management Fees linked to structured KPI's to enhance your companies longer term strategies.
