Alison Rodgers, Manager
Founder of Detonate. 15 years ago, having worked her way through travel training and other departments within Eton Travel, Alison found herself to be mixing her hectic clubby social life with work more and more, as DJ's, friends and artists within the industry were asking for her to arrange travel for them. Noticing a clear gap in the market for this service, Detonate was born. Alison likes Lindeman's Bin 65 and really dislikes tight-rope walking.

Penny Drayton
12 years background in the travel industry with roles ranging from Business Travel Consultant, Tour Operator to Yield and Product Managers, Penny joined Detonate 3 years ago and hasn't looked back since, and although the 'clubbing world' was all a bit alien to her at first, she was soon up to speed! Penny loves fancy dress parties and really dislikes Mustard.

Helen Quinn
Following many years in Retail Travel, Helen made the move from booking people's holidays to booking the DJ's for people's nights out! Our fitness freak in the team, Helen works hard at work and play, and is always willing to help anyone out, apart from making the tea, as she doesn't drink it. She does however like Coke, (of the fizzy drink kind) and dislikes bananas (of the yellow kind).

Marie Foxlee-Brown (a.k.a Foxy)
The newest recruit to the team, Marie has an extensive background in travel working with Blue Chip clients before moving to join us with the more 'fun' travel clients. Marie loves George Michael, boxing and men (especially of the exotic variety).. and not necessarily in that order...

Karen Clarke
Over 20 years of experience with the booking of bands and other music artists, Karen has been a member of Detonate for 5 years now (with a bit of time out to pop a couple of sprogs). Karen job-shares 50/50 with Nicola. Karen likes chunky jewellery and odd combinations of food, and she does not like graphic descriptions of blood and gore. Karen is currently on maternity leave.

Nicola Jobson
Starting as a Travel Consultant, then Senior Travel Consultant, Nicola became the Eton Travel Business Travel Manager for over 8 years before we cunningly managed to kidnap her and get her working in Detonate. Nicola now would not want to work anywhere else and thoroughly enjoys her job-share with Karen (who is currently on maternity leave.) Nicola loves nice smelling products, especially those from Lush and dislikes dried fruit.

Stella Gandy
With a long history within the travel industry before Detonate, Stella joined as a Travel Consultant about 9 years ago and having since then started up her little family, now works part time doing the invoicing and just generally keeping all of us and our accounts in line. Stella loves her 2 little girls and does not love rubbish weather.
