Eton Meetings and Events use GRATIS (Global Reservation Accommodation & Travel Information System), a web-based booking system especially designed for Meetings and Event management. Through GRATIS customers will receive fully interactive documentation by email, with an audit trail for all documentation. Additionally we will be able to provide reports based on spending and savings made. GRATIS also standardises the RFP process for suppliers, making it more effective in terms of response than ordinary email.
