Our objective at Eton Travel is to provide the best level of travel service possible. To that end, we are now able to provide you with a 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service.
This agreement is being entered into by you ('you', 'your' or 'client') and Eton Travel Agency ('us', 'we' or 'our') in order to provide access to our Emergency Out of Hours Assistance service.
By completing this form you are giving us and our service providers authorisation for your Eton Travel account to be debited for any charges obtained through this service. You are also agreeing to the following terms of use:
(i) Emergency Out of Hours assistance will be provided outside our normal office hours and during official English Bank Holidays.
(ii) All clients using this service are subject to a 'fair use policy’, please contact your Account Manager to discuss your specific requirements under this policy. In addition to any individually specified conditions the following general clauses may also apply – Where not already applicable we reserve the right to charge a flat rate £25.00 per call (plus any standard fees and/or supplier fees as per your service agreement) under the following circumstances:
a. The call placed to Emergency Out of Hours Service is not considered an Emergency Assistance call. Emergency calls are defined as calls requiring ticketing action, either to book or rebook travel for dates within 48hours of the call being placed.
b. Repeat calls made related to the same request even if the initial call is considered as a non chargeable call.
(iii) All staff using the service will be informed of the ‘fair use policy’ in order to ensure full compliance with the policy.
