Each of our online systems allows us to offer a bespoke online booking solution to clients. Our clients can reduce the cost of their bookings by over 50% per transaction.

We use two of the leading online solutions - Cliqbook by Concur and Amadeus e-Travel Management and each system allows us to offer a bespoke online booking solution. We also realise that not all clients require a full online system and we're able to offer Evolvi for rail bookings and Conferma for hotel only bookings.

Cliqbook
Cliqbook is a leading Travel Management tool which provides the opportunity for companies to completely organise and implement their corporate travel, from simple options for reservations, to travel policy enforcement. Cliqbook provides a GDS independent, automated booking service, with visibility from real-time reporting and allows Travel Managers to analyse and view both individual travellers' spend and overall travel budgeting. With the application of a completely tailored programme, this makes Cliqbook a most comprehensive and invaluable online tool.

AeTM
Amadeus eTravel Management provides an End to End booking process with an intuitive interface for ease of use and simplicity. On a single flexible platform, it is possible for travellers to plan and purchase all aspects of their travel requirements, within outlined travel policy set by Travel Managers. AeTM allows all elements of travel budgeting to be incorporated, such as preferred supplier lists or negotiated fares, and will connect to all major GDS. AeTM can also directly link to major providers to provide travellers online access to the best rates for all aspects of your corporate travel needs.

Conferma
Conferma provides a sophisticated hotel booking system, and through a single platform enables access to over 150,000 hotels across the globe. Conferma will display low cost rates, negotiated and wholesale internet rates, and can be set up to implement preferred supplier lists to ensure compliance with travel policy. Travellers can store previous hotel details, potentially enabling the booking of a hotel in just three simple 'clicks' online. With billing and settlement capabilities which provide visibility, this helps to prevent billing disputes and increases search speed.

Evolvi
Evolvi offers a complete domestic rail booking package, for clients to plan and purchase their rail travel online, in an easy to use automated format.

Evolvi can be implemented to provide access only to fares within specific travel policy parameters, to ensure compliance and control by Travel Managers. Evolvi provides a real time solution to monitoring rail travel spend and an opportunity for rail travel forecasting and budgeting, with complete reporting functionality on each and every individual spend.
